O’Connell’s has been at the forefront of modern Australian pub dining since the early 1990’s. With some of the Melbourne’s most renowned chefs having presided over the kitchen including Greg Malouf, Cath Kalka, and Adrian Richardson.
This re-brand came at a time when all aspects of the venue had lost the character that had made it so successful. We underwent a re-brand to bring back the elegance and sophistication that the venue strives to deliver.
